REGISTRATION

Can I register for only a workshop on October 21 if I am unable to attend the full conference?
Yes, although we hope you can attend the full conference, it is possible to register for just one workshop at the rate of $95 if you are attending on Thursday only.

Is there a rate for students?
Students should register at the non-physician rate of $200. We are unable to offer additional discounts on the registration fee.

EXHIBITORS

Exhibitor space is sold out, but I exhibited last year. Can you still fit us in?
Exhibitor space in the main ballroom is completely sold out. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please contact Kristi Herritz at herritz@surgery.wisc.edu. If the waiting list grows we may consider adding an additional room for exhibitors.
